SBT-810-RD Bluetooth Transceiver can be applied to long (over 1~10 miles) or short range industrial applications: 4-Wheel Alignment, Meter Reading, Truck Collision Avoidance, Data Collection for the Coal Mining, etc. The features:

1. MAIN FEATURES

Bluetooth Transceivers: SBT-810-RD (Class 1 or Class 2) can be applied to short and long (over 1~10 miles with external antenna) ranges, respectively.

   

  • Master (Computer based control system) to 7 Slaves (data collectors/sensors);
  • Easy cable replacement of original RS-232 or RS-485;
  • High speed data transmission with options of 2.4, 4.8, 9.6, 19.2, 38.4, 57.6, 115.2kbps;
  • Good RF coverage for reliable communication with options of either embedded or external antenna, which can offer over 1~10 miles distance;
  • Bluetooth specification V2.0 compliance
  • On-board Extra 16-bit CPU can be used to adapt various customer specific communication protocols for the optimal performance;
  • Small size with embedded antenna: 66.7 x 43.5 mm;
  • Low power consumption: 5V for TTL interface and 3.3V for Bluetooth with Class 2: typical RX: 55mA; TX: 60mA; Class 1: typical RX: 55mA; TX: 180mA
  • Board Size: 66 x 43 mm
  • Temperature Range: -20 0C to +70 0C

SBT-810-RD could be adopted by various industrial applications, such as 4-Wheel Alignment System, Wireless Meter Reading System, Truck Collision Avoidance System, Wireless Data Collection System for the Coal Mining, etc.

2. BRIEF DESCRIPTION 

 

SBT-810-RD is targeted for plug-and-play simple industrial applications without need of an external host controller and programming. All basic signaling control and data flow are done by on-board 16-bit CPU. Therefore, it is very easy to apply this transceiver to wireless
