SuperBT
has created new possibilities for
today's mobile worker. It
introduces a novel Bluetooth-enabled
Identification (ID) Badge - SBT-810-BG.
The Badge system works like a
master with slaves. One master can
scan up to 256 slaves in its
Pico-net (up to 20 meters in
radius. Longer coverage can be
provided using the Bluetooth
Repeater). The master is simply a
Bluetooth USB dongle connected
with a computer. The computer has
a display and database software,
which can scan on a regular basis
for the Slaves in the closer
proximity and display/record the
status of Slaves, such as "In
Coverage" or "Out of
Coverage", time stamp, name
of the person with the ID Badge,
etc.

SBT-810-BG is an inherently
adaptable solution for tracking

user is indoors checking the
status of particular locations, or
outdoors affixed to industrial
equipment to track usage, as long
as you are in range, the system
will be able to detect your
location and send this information
on the local network or to another
machine over the Internet, for
easy integration to application
software.
